French and Itlalian cooking lessons
The courses are conducted over 2 consecutive weeks. These are demonstration only. The lively cooking instruction offers a wealth of knowledge and is peppered with travel anecdotes. All dishes are sampled with wine during the course.
The food in the classes is always seasonal. Only the best and freshest ingredients are used, all of which are readily available.
